Return policy
We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to resolving your issue as efficiently as possible. For your convenience, we do repairs and replacements under our manufacturing guidelines. Joe Bucher Outdoors has a policy requiring a sales receipt, or a copy thereof, and the product can be returned within 1 year of purchase.
The returned items will be reviewed for the determined age and possible abuse, such as but not limited to heat or rock damage. If the item does not meet our replacement or return guidelines there will be an offer for replacement at a lower retail cost.
Please note you could contact the retailer in which the item was initially purchased to make a return or exchange, abiding their return policy.
Mis-shipments:
must be reported within 10 days of arrival
Defective merchandise:
should be emailed to info@joebucheroutdoors.com with the description of the damages.
